Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika regulasi emosi, imitasi perilaku, indikasi adiksi, serta perubahan interaksi sosial anak sekolah dasar dalam penggunaan smartphone. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam terhadap siswa sekolah dasar dan orang tua. Anak menggunakan smartphone rata-rata 2-4 jam per hari dengan aktivitas utama berupa permainan daring dan media sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan smartphone memengaruhi regulasi emosi anak, ditandai dengan kecenderungan iritabilitas dan pengabaian saat aktivitas digital terganggu. Selain itu, ditemukan perilaku imitasi verbal dan nonverbal dari konten digital yang dikonsumsi anak. Indikasi kecenderungan adiksi terlihat melalui preferensi bermain dibanding belajar serta penundaan tanggung jawab. Meskipun demikian, interaksi sosial tatap muka masih berlangsung, namun menunjukkan kecenderungan selektivitas dan penurunan kualitas respons sosial. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan smartphone pada anak usia sekolah dasar berkaitan dengan dinamika psikologis yang kompleks dan memerlukan pendampingan regulatif dari orang tua dan lingkungan sekolah.
